Sleep Cycle

Sleep Cycle 1] Your body starts to feel a bit drowsy and you can be woken up easliy.

2] Your brain gives a signal to your muscles to relax.

3] Your in a much deeper sleep and you could sleep walk or sleep talk

4] This is the deepest sleep its realy hard to be wokend up

5] Your eyes move fast and you repeat stage 2,3,4
